Spare parts centre
To ensure the best possible support for our end customers, RAUCH supplies spare parts exclusively to qualified RAUCH dealers (not to end customers).
You can use the Find dealer button to search for RAUCH dealers in your area.
If you are a RAUCH dealer, you will find the contact details of the spare parts centre in the RAUCH Partner Portal (access exclusively for RAUCH dealers).

1. original RAUCH spare parts
We stock approx. 10,000 spare parts references, most of which are available from stock.
If you order by 15:00 - provided they are in stock - we will dispatch your spare parts order on the same day*.
2. RAUCH REMAN spare parts
In the interests of conserving resources, RAUCH also offers REMAN parts (REMAN = reconditioned/refurbished spare parts) for certain particularly valuable spare parts.
These are your advantages with REMAN spare parts:
- RAUCH original spare part
- 12-month warranty
- if in stock: available immediately
- attractive spare part price **
To be able to order a REMAN spare part from RAUCH, the following conditions must be met:
- the desired REMAN spare part must be available from stock ***
- your old part is in a condition that allows it to be remanufactured
- after receiving the REMAN part, send the old part back to RAUCH so that it can be included in the REMAN process for remanufacturing
- REMAN offers are only valid for European markets
**) Both the REMAN item (VK= 60% of new part) and the REMAN deposit item (VK=40% of new part) are shown on the order confirmation, the delivery note and the invoice. The deposit price corresponds to the difference between the new part price and the REMAN price. As soon as the old part is returned to us, the deposit amount will be credited.
***) Only certain RAUCH spare parts are available as REMAN or AT parts. In principle, stock availability of these REMAN or AT parts cannot be guaranteed. Accordingly, an enquiry must always be made at the RAUCH spare parts centre for REMAN or AT parts.
3. AT spare parts (AT = sale parts)
Occasionally we have certain spare parts available in used condition but fully functional. These are the so-called AT spare parts.
These are your advantages with AT spare parts:
- RAUCH original spare part
- 12 months warranty
- if in stock: immediately available
- attractive spare part price
- no need to return your old part
*) Unfortunately, we can never completely rule out exceptions to this rule, e.g. due to unusually high order volumes. Should you ever be affected by this, we thank you in advance for your understanding.
