The optimised opening and discharge system enables an impressive 675 kg/min mass flow - the speed remains consistently high even with organic fertilisers and large working widths. The precise TELIMAT X border spreading system, the innovative spreading disc programme (12-42 m) and the 25% faster SpeedServo ensure maximum efficiency in the field.

The AXIS 25 also impresses in terms of comfort: folding access ladder, mobile parking rollers, LED lighting and a deep hopper floor for almost complete spreading. VarioSmart

Precision meets efficiency - silver medal for RAUCH at AGRITECHNICA

With the new VarioSmart, RAUCH is setting a milestone in fertiliser technology - and will be honoured with the silver medal of the Innovation Award at AGRITECHNICA 2025.

VarioSmart is the world's first speed control system for mechanically driven fertiliser spreaders. It combines the precision of hydraulic technology with the efficiency of a mechanical drive. The speed control of the spreading discs is infinitely variable and can be remotely controlled directly from the tractor cab - without any additional hydraulic connection.

The result: up to 10 % less fertiliser, 30 % energy savings and 8,200 kg CO₂ reduction per machine. In combination with GPS-controlled SectionControl, the spreading width in the headland is also automatically adjusted - for precise fertilisation with maximum efficiency.

AERO Multirate

Precision on a new level

With the new AERO Multirate, RAUCH is setting new standards in pneumatic fertilisation. For the first time, all nozzles can be controlled, switched on or off individually. This enables previously unrivalled precision in part-width section control.

Whether in wedges, on field edges or on irregularly shaped areas - Multirate adapts the application rate precisely to the respective conditions. This prevents over- and under-fertilisation, uses nutrients efficiently and conserves resources at the same time.

Thanks to full integration into the ISOBUS control system, Multirate works fully automatically on the basis of application maps and SectionControl. RAUCH thus offers a solution that perfectly combines maximum precision, simple operation and sustainable use in practice

XCheck

A new approach to fertiliser distribution control

With XCheck, RAUCH offers an innovative solution for precise control of fertiliser distribution. Ten large collecting trays can be folded together compactly and enable simple, time-saving handling - by just one person.

Thanks to a high collection rate of over 95 %, XCheck provides precise measurement data for optimum machine settings. This reduces spreading losses, saves up to 5 % fertiliser and ensures an even supply to the plants.

With CornerControl, RAUCH is launching an intelligent solution for precise fertiliser distribution in field edges and corners.

Based on OptiPoint pro+ technology, the system automatically calculates the optimum switch-off point, reduces the spreading disc speed and prevents over-spreading beyond field boundaries.

Thanks to the dynamic spreading pattern adjustment in combination with SectionControl, the nutrient supply is implemented in a plant-appropriate manner even on complex field geometries - efficiently, precisely and fully automatically.

FlexBin

Intelligent fertiliser mixing for maximum precision

With the FlexBin system, RAUCH is launching a pioneering solution for the simultaneous application of two types of fertiliser in the same pass - without retooling, without downtime.
Two separately controlled conveyor belts meter the fertilisers independently of each other into a compact mixing module. There they are mixed and fed precisely to the spreading discs. An intelligent algorithm continuously adjusts the mixing ratio, feed point and speed to the actual operating conditions - based on digital application maps and fertiliser properties.

The result: precise lateral distribution even with wide working widths, fertiliser savings of up to 5% and a noticeable increase in efficiency on every hectare.

MDS SPOTSPREADING

Precise fertilisation for special crops

With SpotSpreading, RAUCH brings a sensor-based innovation to fruit and speciality crop cultivation. Ultrasonic sensors detect each individual plant and control the metering slides fully automatically - so the fertiliser is applied precisely to the root area, not beside it. The control system takes into account the driving speed, sensor distance and desired fertiliser radius - for individual, needs-based application. The system is based on the proven MDS spreader with ISOBUS control and is suitable for both granulated mineral fertilisers and organic pellets.
