RAUCH and Bucher strengthen their partnership

A strong international market presence, fast development cycles and innovative solutions are essential prerequisites for successful corporate growth. To further optimise these common goals, RAUCH is strengthening its partnership with BUCHER INDUSTRIES, Switzerland, the parent company of the KUHN Group, in 2011 through a capital-increasing minority shareholding contributed by BUCHER INDUSTRIES.

RAUCH and the Bucher subsidiary KUHN can already look back on 50 years of successful and constantly evolving cooperation.

Both companies will continue to operate independently of each other in terms of their organisation and management. The management of RAUCH will not be affected by BUCHER's participation.
