Intelligent control - QUANTRON-A

Dosing electronics that think for themselves

How much fertiliser or spreading material reaches your field is a key factor for yield performance and profitability.

The modern QUANTRON-A electronic spread rate control increases ease of use and optimises economy and ecology in agriculture.

  • Modern colour display

The modern 5.6" colour display with large font and clear layout makes it easy to learn the operating logic, even without previous knowledge of electronics.

  • Intelligent technology for greater efficiency and comfort

Depending on the driving speed of the tractor, the QUANTRON-A spreader computer always automatically adjusts the correct spread rate. The metering slide is opened and closed conveniently at the push of a button; if the driver stops at the end of the field or near an obstacle, for example, the QUANTRON-A spreading computer closes automatically.

  • VariSpread V8 or VariSpread pro

Wedge or headland areas can be spread even more precisely with eight or more sections. VariSpread can be automated with high switching precision using GPS-Control.

  • Plus-minus function

The plus/minus function allows the driver to optimise the spread rate to the second.

Clear advantages for QUANTRON-A

Clear advantages for QUANTRON-A
Automatic QUANTRON-A controls the EMC automatic metering system or regulates the flow rate so that the preselected application rate remains constant even at varying forward speeds.
Convenient All functions can be controlled remotely, reliably and safely with just one hand:
  Quantity adjustment while travelling
Reduction of quantity during border spreading
Adjustment of working width and application rate in eight sections with VariSpread V8 or continuously variable dynamic with VariSpread pro
Future-proof With RS 232 serial interface for precision farming
Efficient QUANTRON-A makes documentation easier: documentation and storage of operating data for 200 fields
Precise Especially precise and automatic opening and closing of the metering slides in headlands and wedge areas with optional GPS control.
