• VariSpread pro

  

  AXIS H 30.2/50.2 EMC (+W) and AXIS M 30.2/50.2 EMC (+W) with VariSpread pro feature electric feed point adjustment and thus adjust the working width and spread rate during the spreading travel in a smooth process.

  Thanks to the RAUCH SpeedServo servomotors, the spread rate and working width are continuously and steplessly adjusted to field wedges, sloping headlands or non-emerging tramlines in one metre steps, even at high working speeds.

  Another new feature is GapSpreading, which allows you to switch off from the outside and inside at the same time.

  AXIS EMC^® misst und regelt die aktuelle Ausbringmenge vollautomatisch am linken und rechten Dosierschieber separat. Modernste Magnetostriktion-Drehmomentsensoren messen berührungslos und mit hoher Präzision die Antriebsdrehmomente der beiden Wurfscheiben und regeln dadurch permanent die genaue Dosierschieberstellung für jede Seite getrennt. EMC^® verwendet die millionenfach bewährte Magnetostriktions-E-Bike-Technologie vom renommierten Systempartner Schaeffler FAG.

  Hohe Präzision, eleganter Bedienkomfort

  Für den Fahrer bedeutet das, einfach die Ausbringmenge und Arbeitsbreite eingeben und losstreuen. Die Streumenge stellt sich sekundenschnell in Abhängigkeit von den augenblicklichen Düngerrieseleigenschaften und der Fahrgeschwindigkeit ein.

  EMC^® Vorteil

  EMC^® dosiert im Gegensatz zu Streuern mit Regelung über Wiegezellen die linke und rechte Seite separat. Das ermöglicht mehr Dosierpräzision und eine seitengenaue Verteilung.

• M-Drive

  M-Drive: wartungsfreie Getriebetechnologie mit Überlastschutz

  

  The innovative M-Drive for the spreading discs and the slow-running, fertiliser-friendly agitators is maintenance-free for years. All shafts and angular gearboxes run in an oil or grease bath and are protected from fertiliser dust, dirt, moisture and mechanical damage by a robust frame construction.

  Unique in fertiliser technology: AXIS has overload protection systems that protect the entire gearbox unit, including the fertiliser-friendly agitators, from overloading due to blockages, incorrect operation or hard-shifting PTO shafts.

• W | Residual quantity scale

  Die Restmenge immer im Blick

  

  The scale integrated in the spreader reliably displays the remaining fertiliser quantity in the hopper. You can also choose to display the possible remaining area or the remaining distance to be spread in metres. This allows overloading operations to be planned at the ideal time.

  The residual quantity scale "W" is part of the standard equipment of all AXIS spreaders with weighing frame "+W".

• High-Speed-Servos

  

  The big SpeedServo advantage:

  The adjustment speeds of the SpeedServos are 2.5 times higher compared to the predecessor spindle motor models. This enables superior reaction speeds and new performance dimensions for AXIS M EMC ISOBUS spreaders and AXIS H EMC spreaders for fully automatic fertiliser metering with EMC, headland spreading with OptPoint, section-specific spreading with application maps and part-width spreading with Section-Control.

  Despite significantly lower power consumption, SpeedServos enable up to three times higher actuating forces than comparable spindle motors. The superior energy efficiency creates ideal conditions for use in ISOBUS machines, as the ISOBUS standard limits the electrical power.

  SpeedServos can also be protected much more efficiently against dust and dirt, as there is no longer a sensitive, extendable lifting rod. The effective, long-term sealing against moisture and dust and the simple, robust SpeedServo design enable extra-long service lives for the valuable electronic components.
