The metering slides are elegantly opened or closed separately on the left and right side by mechanical, hydraulic or electrical remote control. Even wedge-shaped areas can be spread with partial width precision.
Variant Q | QUANTRON A: The spreader thinks for itself!
QUANTRON-A regulates the opening position of the metering slides and thus the flow rate depending on the forward speed and the preset application rate.
The preselected application rate is always maintained when the forward speed varies. QUANTRON-A impresses with its large, clear display and logically structured menu navigation. All functions can be operated remotely, conveniently and safely with just one hand.
Variant C | E-Click: More ease of use
The special feature of E-Click: The electric metering slides can be conveniently operated separately on the left and right using a toggle switch. A control diode indicates the current slide position. This minimises operating errors.
The E-Click control terminal is elegantly connected to the fertiliser spreader by cable. There is no need to connect the hydraulic hoses. High-quality, dust and splash-proof actuators ensure a high level of operating comfort and a long service life for the investment.
The new E-Click electric shutter slide actuator is particularly suitable for smaller tractors with few hydraulic connections.
Variant R | Hydraulic single slide actuation
Hydraulic single slide actuation with two single-acting cylinders that close hydraulically and open by spring pressure. With a two-way valve on the hoses, both sliders can be actuated via just one tractor control unit. To actuate a slide individually, a hydraulic hose is simply closed via the two-way valve.
(1 ew tractor control valve required)
Variant D | Hydraulic single slide actuation
Variant K | Hydraulic single slide actuation
Hydraulic single slide actuation with two single-acting cylinders that close hydraulically and open by spring pressure. A ball valve on the hoses can be used to lock the cylinders at the end of work or when travelling on the road. (2 ew tractor control valves required).
