  The innovative M-Drive for the spreading discs and the slow-running, fertiliser-friendly agitators is maintenance-free for years. All shafts and angular gearboxes run in an oil or grease bath and are protected from fertiliser dust, dirt, moisture and mechanical damage by a robust frame construction.

  Unique in fertiliser technology: AXIS has overload protection systems that protect the entire gearbox unit, including the fertiliser-friendly agitators, from overloading due to blockages, incorrect operation or hard-shifting PTO shafts.

  The CDA spreading technology enables simple and precise adjustment of fertiliser type, quality, working width and dosing quantity directly on the control terminal - quickly and safely with just one turn. With AXIS spreaders, there is no need to adjust the spreader vanes. Fine metering is infinitely variable from 3 kg/ha via a clear scale. The exclusive DfC scale from RAUCH makes it easier to adjust the quantity. All relevant settings are available online in the setting chart or in the RAUCH app.

• 100 Hz weighing technology

  

  In conjunction with the RAUCH weighing system, the electronics check the spread rate 100 times per second while travelling. Spreading errors caused by varying flow properties of the spreading material or changes in driving speed are detected immediately and corrected automatically 1 time per second.
  
  Without a manual calibration test, the 100 Hz weighing technology automatically optimises the metering quantity and thus makes a decisive contribution to greater economy and ecology in the spreading of valuable fertiliser granules.

  When spreading, the intelligent electronics independently record all data and automatically ensure error-free documentation. The current residual quantity is permanently displayed.

  Highlight: with the ISOBUS spreaders, the remaining quantity is displayed in the RAUCH app in conjunction with the WLAN module.

• VariSpread V4

  

  AXIS spreaders with QUANTRON-E2 and manual CDA drop point adjustment are equipped as standard with the VariSpread V4 4-fold part-width section control. The remote-controlled adjustment of the metering slide positions allows two part-width sections per side to be realised.

  AXIS fertiliser spreaders from RAUCH are characterised by a high-quality, durable ProTect double powder coating.
  The optimum protection against mechanical stress, UV light, salts and acids guarantees a long service life of the construction.
  RAUCH gives a 6-year guarantee against rust-through on all AXIS fertiliser spreaders. 
  
  Activate the rust-through warranty on your new AXIS fertiliser spreader within 3 months of delivery of the new machine by scanning the QR code on the warranty sticker (on the machine),
  register the serial number of your new AXIS machine, your address information* in the online portal and then click on ‘Submit application’ - it's easy!
