RAUCH offers the solution for digital structures in modern, efficiency-oriented agriculture

The agriculture sector is increasingly focusing on digitisation. RAUCH Landmaschinenfabrik GmbH therefore invests in research and development to generate proprietary software and hardware products for the future. This is the only way to ensure that farmers can achieve a stable yield with optimised operating processes, while reducing the use of seeds, fertilisers and pesticides.

But how can all this be combined?

The RAUCH fertiliser spreaders are equipped with a sophisticated GPS-switched section widths and headland control, the so-called Section Control. Tests have shown that by reducing double spread areas, fertilizer savings of up to over 10% are possible. The compatibility with almost all nitrogen sensors available on the market simultaneously ensures fertilisation according to demand. This can also be implemented by targeted precision area fertilisation using satellite application maps via the ISOBUS system.

RAUCH has integrated a world's first, the MultiRate 6, into the AERO GT pneumatic spreader. It can place a newly defined spread rate every six metres with high precision. This technology can be used to implement precision farming specifications with high accuracy, especially with satellite maps in fine grids, such as 10 x 10 m. Not to forget the NEXT Machine Management, which enables automatic documentation via the ISOBUS CCI terminal. NEXT Machine Management intelligently networks a mixed fleet of different agricultural machines for greater efficiency and higher yields by using and processing machine data from different manufacturers.

The machine track data are visualised on a map and the colours indicate the different values of the machine data and their total and average values. The data of the order can then be saved and used, for example, for attachment planning, CC-compliant documentation and fertiliser balancing. In the export manager, planned measures, application maps, guide tracks and attachment contours can be sent to the machine via the Agrirouter. The machine receives the data from NEXT Machine Management and can simply send the processed order data back to NEXT Machine Management via the Agrirouter. The NEXT Machine Management is therefore regarded as a powerful field record for fast, safe and simple planning and documentation.
