Agritechnica, the DLG's world-leading trade fair for agricultural machinery, is the showcase of the global agricultural engineering industry and a forum for the future of crop production. Over 2,750 exhibitors from 51 countries presented their latest products and innovations.

With 3 silver Innovation Awards from the DLG, RAUCH again highlighted its leading role in the field of fertiliser technology as it continues along the path to a successful future. The fact that many politicians visited RAUCH’s booth at the Agritechnica was a clear signal to RAUCH of how increasingly important agricultural technology is becoming to society.

We welcomed the Minister of Agriculture of the State of Saxony, Thomas Schmidt. Mr. Schmidt places great importance on the personal and practice-oriented exchange of information. Only through close cooperation with manufacturers of agricultural machinery can people become aware of the importance of highly technological agriculture for society and a re-evaluation of the situation can occur.

Likewise, the Minister of Finance of Lower Saxony, Reinhold Hilbers, was impressed with the effectiveness of the fertiliser technology presented at our booth. Precision supported by digitisation in plant nutrition creates a harmonious balance between the environment, sustainability and yields. Trend-setting funding projects in cooperation with universities bring fresh, young minds together with companies and ensure precision plant nutrition for the future.
