AERO 32.1: Precision and versatility make sowing more efficient
The RAUCH AERO 32.1 proves that a pneumatic fertiliser spreader can do far more than just precisely distribute fertiliser. With its innovative technology, it is also a cost-efficient solution for sowing. One farmer who has successfully implemented this is Nico Zimmer from Atzendorf in the Magdeburger Börde.
Zimmer uses the AERO 32.1 not only for fertilising, but also for sowing catch crops such as rough oats and phacelia. "Sowing with the Rauch AERO is an important step in keeping our cultivation costs under control," explains the farmer, who is keen to experiment. "The machine allows us to work precisely and quickly, even in difficult conditions such as wind or low rainfall."
With a working width of 30 metres and an area output of over 30 hectares per hour, the AERO 32.1 scores particularly highly in terms of efficiency. Special adaptations such as clips for the metering shafts allow precise distribution even with smaller seed quantities. Nico Zimmer has already successfully demonstrated this on several occasions, most recently with the excellent emergence of his catch crops.
The RAUCH AERO 32.1 not only reduces sowing costs, but also offers farmers like Zimmer the opportunity to test innovative cultivation methods. In the coming season, he plans to use the machine for sowing rapeseed as well - further proof of the spreader's versatility.
