RAUCH and Bucher strengthen their partnership
For a successful company growth, a strong international market presence, fast development cycles and innovative solutions are indispensable prerequisites. To further optimize these common goals, in 2011 RAUCH strengthened its partnership with BUCHER INDUSTRIES, Switzerland, as the parent company of the KUHN Group, through a capital-increasing minority participation contributed by BUCHER INDUSTRIES.
RAUCH and the Bucher subsidiary KUHN can already look back on 50 years of successful and constantly developing cooperation.
Both companies will continue to operate independently in their organization and management. The management of RAUCH is not affected by the participation of BUCHER.
