RAUCH and FarmBlick simplify digital fertilisation - XactMap brings application maps directly to the terminal via the RAUCH app

With the XactMap app, RAUCH Landmaschinenfabrik GmbH, together with the smart farming specialist FarmBlick, presents a simple and practice-orientated complete solution for the automated creation and transfer of application maps. The application makes it possible to transfer site-specific fertilisation strategies quickly, easily and without external data carriers directly to the tractor's ISOBUS terminal via the RAUCH app.

The new solution is based on a close system partnership between RAUCH and FarmBlick, which combines mechanical precision and digital intelligence. RAUCH contributes its many years of expertise in precise fertiliser application and machine control, while FarmBlick provides the data and cloud architecture that enables an end-to-end digital process chain. XactMap integrates seamlessly into existing data infrastructures thanks to standardised interfaces to agrirouter and MyJohnDeere. This means that data exchange between farm management systems, cloud platforms and ISOBUS terminals is fully automated for the first time.

Application maps are generated, adjusted and synchronised online directly via the RAUCH app in the field, all without USB sticks, manual data transfer or additional hardware. The RAUCH app is also used to access XactMap functions directly from the tractor cab. Users can manage application data, check machine parameters and adjust spreading data immediately. This deep integration not only simplifies the workflow, but also represents a completely new level of process reliability and documentation. "Our joint development with FarmBlick shows how mechanical precision and digital connectivity go hand in hand," emphasises Wilfried Müller, Managing Director of Rauch Landmaschinenfabrik GmbH. "XactMap is a logical step towards automated fertilisation. Everything runs efficiently, transparently and is compatible with existing farm management systems."

The system partnership between RAUCH and FarmBlick symbolises the increasing fusion of agricultural technology and digital systems. The aim is to offer farmers an interoperable solution that works with both modern machine fleets and cross-manufacturer cloud systems. XactMap thus turns precise, site-specific fertilisation into a continuous and digitally secured process that can be intuitively and easily integrated into everyday life.
