RAUCH is now turning the dream into reality
RAUCH makes the dream come true" - This was the press release from RAUCH Land Machinery Factory Ltd. for the groundbreaking in March 2022.
Now, this dream has become a reality! RAUCH has moved into the new administrative building at Victoria Boulevard E 200 in 77836 Rheinmünster and has finally left the old location in Sinzheim. This step marks a significant milestone in the history of RAUCH.
"As the CEO and now the fifth generation of this family business, I look with great respect at the past century. The dedication and hard work of my ancestors, but of course, all the employees, paved the way for such growth," said CEO Martin Rauch.
The move to the new premises is not only a strategic step to increase the efficiency and productivity of RAUCH Land Machinery Factory Ltd., but above all, to create a pleasant and ergonomic, as well as eco-friendly working environment. The building was constructed to the highest energy standards. The heating is provided by district heating from a biogas plant of a neighboring agricultural operation, which, along with the PV system, also supplies a portion of the electricity.
On an area of over 3000 m², state-of-the-art workspaces were created for 120 employees. In addition to ergonomic furnishings with height-adjustable desks, back-friendly chairs, and work-optimized lighting, a great deal of emphasis was placed on good sound insulation, which is intended to ensure pleasant working conditions and prevent fatigue.
In the middle between the offices and meeting rooms located at the window fronts, focus rooms invite for concentrated work but can also be used for short coordination meetings or for phone and video conferences. Well-equipped kitchenettes were integrated on each floor for informal meetings or short breaks. Another special feature is the light-flooded "Culinarium," the new cafeteria that provides good food for the body. In pleasant weather conditions, this can also be extended to the outdoor terrace.
"Despite increased remote working, we provide a modern workspace for each of our employees. The new work environment should bring employees together and stimulate creativity. This works particularly well in a team and in a pleasant environment," continued Martin Rauch. "On March 29, we started with the groundbreaking, and just 16 months later, we were able to move from Sinzheim to the Baden Airpark. This was only possible with many helping hands and very well-coordinated project management by our experienced project manager, Hubert Deibel, as well as our proven project partners from the local area." With an investment of nearly €8 million, the modern administrative building is now located next to the production facility at Baden Airpark. This spatial proximity to the production site enables a more seamless collaboration between the teams and offers promising prospects for the future.
