The Karlsruhe Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) honoured the best graduates of the current examination year at a ceremony. Four trainees from RAUCH Landmaschinenfabrik GmbH are among the best. Outstanding achievements in various professional fields were honoured.

The trainees have not only successfully completed their professional qualification, but have also distinguished themselves through their particular diligence, commitment and outstanding expertise. The IHK Best Trainee Award is a recognition of consistent learning and work in the dual training system and the constant striving for success, which these young specialists have demonstrated magnificently during their training.

Training manager Denis Schlömp emphasises the importance of qualified specialists for the regional economy. "I am proud that four graduates from RAUCH Landmaschinenfabrik GmbH are once again among this year's award winners for outstanding achievements," said Denis Schlömp. Managing Director Martin Rauch also congratulated the graduates on their success and wished them all the best for their future careers.

The IHK Best Trainee Award is not only a recognition of individual achievements, but also an opportunity for the industry to thank the trainees and their training companies for their contribution to the development of skilled labour.
