New apprentices and work-study students at RAUCH Landmaschinenfabrik GmbH

On the 3rd September, ten new apprentices and work-study students started a new chapter in their lives with RAUCH Landmaschinenfabrik GmbH. Over the next three years, two new industrial clerks (m/f) and seven new industrial, tool and process mechanics (m/f) will be trained.

The combination of studies and training is also particularly popular. Therefore, RAUCH is working with the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University Karlsruhe to facilitate courses of study in mechatronics, mechanical engineering and information technology. Once again this year, a new mechatronics university student began his dual apprenticeship with RAUCH.

In the upcoming weeks, the apprentices and students will learn about the company management in Sinzheim and will get to know the production plant at Baden Airpark, in order to get an on-site overview of the various departments and operations of their future work. Here, there are exciting and varied tasks waiting for the apprentices and students that have chosen to undergo interesting training with very good prospects for being hired permanently in the future.

“We wish all our new students and apprentices a good start in their training and we are looking forward to working with them”, said Martina Stolz, Head of Training at RAUCH Landmaschinenfabrik GmbH.
