RAUCH is awarded the "Großer Preis des Mittelstandes"

(German award for medium-sized businesses)

In the presence of Dr. Markus Söder, the Bavarian minister of finance and homeland, and former minister Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Reinhart from Baden-Wuerttemberg, Rauch Landmaschinenfabrik GmbH based in Sinzheim, Germany, was awarded the "Großer Preis des Mittelstandes" (German award for medium-sized businesses). On part of the company, Managing Director Hermann Rauch and Marketing Director Jens Hille accepted Germany's most renowned economic award which was awarded for the 20th time this year by the Oskar Patzelt Foundation. At the ceremony in Würzburg, Germany, the top 20 medium-sized companies from Baden-Wuerttemberg, Bavaria, Hesse and Thuringia were honoured.

In total, 4,555 companies and institutions from all over Germany were nominated for the anniversary competition. RAUCH convinced the jury in all five competition categories: Overall development of the company, employment and training, innovation and modernisation, social commitment in the region and marketing/closeness to customers.

Aside from RAUCH, five other companies from Baden-Wuerttemberg were awarded a price. No other economic competition in Germany receives a similarly high response lasting already over two decades as the competition initiated by the Leipzig-based Oskar Patzelt Foundation.
